We'll start the day with a beautiful 45-minute yoga class. Moving to the rhythm of our breaths, we’ll strengthen, open and balance our bodies and minds throughout the session. All levels are welcome.
A nutritious homemade brunch will follow the yoga class, and as we eat, I will start my holistic coaching session. You will learn ways to adopt a healthy lifestyle according to your personal pace and tastes. I believe that health is not just about drinking water and lowering stress, but about working on the perfect balance between our body, mind, and soul.
